What George Eats in a Week

Since we’ve started weaning I’ve found it a real struggle to think of things to cook for George in order to give him some variety and keep things interesting. After finding some lovely mummas on Instagram, I have been trying different recipes and thought I would share with you an average week of meals for my little boy (he is currently 8 months).

Monday

B – Porridge & Berries

L – Mini Pizza (Tortilla, Tomato, Chicken, Sweetcorn & Cheese)

D – Pouch Meal & Snack

Tuesday

B – Raspberry & Banana Oat Bars

L – 2 Egg Muffins (Spinach, Ham, Pepper & Cheese) & Apple Sticks

D – Chicken & Tomato Pasta

Wednesday

B – Raspberry & Banana Oat Bars

L – 2 Pinwheels (Spinach, Ham, Pepper & Cheese) & Carrot Sticks

D – Curry, Rice & Naan

Thursday

B – Blueberry Pancakes & Yoghurt

L – 2 Egg Muffins (Spinach, Tomato & Cheese) & Banana

D – Pesto Pasta with Broccoli & Cheese

Friday

B – Porridge & Berries

L – Mini Pizza (Tortilla, Tomato, Chicken, Sweetcorn & Cheese)

D – Pesto Pasta with Broccoli & Cheese

Saturday

B – Blueberry Pancakes & Yoghurt

L – 1 Pinwheel & 1 Egg Muffin (Spinach, Ham, Pepper & Cheese) & Raspberries

D – Pouch Meal & Snack

Sunday

B – Porridge & Berries

L – Roast (Meat, Potato, Broccoli, Carrot, Yorkshire Pudding & Gravy)

D – Chicken & Tomato Pasta
